Floyd Webb, an esteemed partner in both life and mission to Arynn, brings over 20 years of rich experience and unwavering passion to the educational field. Born and raised in Omaha, NE, his dedication to education is fueled by a lifelong commitment to uplift and inspire those around him.

With a career spanning two decades in the educational sector, Floyd has cultivated extensive expertise from the classroom to the administrative leadership. His professional journey encompasses roles in special education, business, and physical education, as well as positions as an assistant principal in elementary and high schools. Before his impactful tenure in the K-12 public education system, Floyd also made significant contributions to higher education, working with both public and private universities.

At the heart of Floyd's endeavors is his deep-seated passion for empowering young women and fostering their development across physical, emotional, and academic realms. Under his leadership, E² is dedicated to creating supportive environments that nurture young women into empowered leaders of tomorrow.
